Izgalmas filmvetítéssel folytatódik az Architectural Matters sorozat: a To Build Law című dokumentumfilm Joshua Frank rendező és Francesco Garutti kurátor közös munkája, amely a májusig a quebeci Canadian Centre for Architecture tereiben látható azonos című kiállításhoz kapcsolódik.
A film az építészet és a jog érintkezési pontjait vizsgálja a berlini bplus.xyz és station.plus munkáját követve, akik egy európai polgári kezdeményezés, a HouseEurope! keretében emelnek szót a dzsentrifikáció és az ingatlanspekulációs ügyletek ellen, a bontás helyett a felújítást szorgalmazva. A vetítés ingyenes, és a Canadian Centre for Architecture támogatásával valósul meg.
