Internship (Designer Maker BA)

The Internship module involves the use of production technologies to practice making objects at an external location. The purpose of the internship is to enable students to build as diverse a skillset as possible beyond the technological opportunities offered by the MOME TechPark through activities incorporating real-life situations with manufacturing workshops or plants. Students will also obtain a deeper understanding of the materials and technologies used to make objects, master the sub-processes for creating items and learn about the conditions required for these activities. The internship offers students an opportunity to develop their professional communication skills through contact with managers and employees of a factory, plant or studio.
