Tenders
The fundamental objective of the Grant and Development Directorate is to manage the university’s active tender activities aligned with its strategy, as well as to plan and implement developments funded from tender.

The Directorate supports the university’s teachers, researchers, experts, and doctoral students to become involved in international networks and realise their professional objectives through tenders. Our activities range from seeking out current tender opportunities to concept development and submission of tender applications, and includes promoting, encouraging and implementing participation in national and international, in particular EU-funded, programmes. 

Tenders

Our university participated in the HSUP programme (XIA_HSUP_00018/2022) also in the 2021/2022 academic year, receiving a HUF 36 million grant from the National Research, Development and Innovation Fund for the implementation of the programme with the contribution of the Express Innovation Agency.

Building on the positive changes resulting from reconfiguration of the organisational format facilitated by the model change, this project will improve operational efficiency in particular through the development of digital equipment, infrastructure of practical trainings, and digital competencies, as well as the updating of training contents. In addition, it will also enable service developments required for strengthening international engagement.

Knowledge management is one of the key activities of the Innovation Center. In spring 2019, the National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NRDIO) launched a call for proposals for the development of the field under the name ‘University Innovation Ecosystem 2019-1.2.1-EGYETEMI ÖKO’.

The aim of the Cooperative Doctoral Programme is to further increase the number of employees in the field of research, development and innovation who wish to enrich their professional knowledge with the latest scientific research results and are committed to the social and economic exploitation of their knowledge.

The New National Excellence Programme is an academic and artistic research scholarship programme launched in 2016 in a variety of subjects and aimed at promoting student and researcher excellence in higher education.

A Horizont Európa program keretében támogatott projekt célja a biomassza alapú gazdaság (bio-based economy, bioeconomy) erősítése és a fenntartható regionális fejlődés elősegítése a résztvevő országokban és Európában, a design thinking, a co-creation, a művészet és design és készségfejlesztés eszközeivel.

The goal of the project is to develop and provide technical and practical skills to primary and secondary school students and recent graduates with values and experiences that will increase their interest in higher education in the longer term, including in the fields of mathematics, science, engineering, IT and design, with a particular focus on autonomous (self-driving) driving.

The Balaton Bútor Kft. and the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design have won 498.63 million HUF non-refundable EU funding under the Széchenyi 2020 Competitive Central Hungary Operational Programme with their application entitled "Smart Office for Future Generations".

The HEAD programme for primary and secondary schools is a pedagogical programme for the effective development of problem-solving thinking. The programme uses a specific methodology of project-based education, inspired by the world of innovation industry and design, which adapts the steps of design thinking to teaching-learning situations.
