The Fresh Rooster Film Days spot by MOME Anim will compete at this year’s Annecy International Animation Film Festival alongside music videos by global stars.

The spot has been selected for the Commissioned Films section of the official programme which includes high-profile productions such as A$AP Rocky’s HELICOPTER, Paul Kalkbrenner’s CRONITIS BOY, and Snoop Dogg (ft. Produced with the support of the National Film Institute, in close collaboration with the Fresh Meat Budapest International Short Film Festival and directed by Máté Horesnyi, the spot features an original score by Alex Riczkó.

MOME Anim returns to one of the world’s leading animation festivals this year with two entries: the spot and Márk László’s diploma film Bonefuzz, selected in the graduation films category.

MOME Anim’s key event, the Fresh Rooster Animation Film Days is and the main domestic premiere platform for diploma films by recent graduates. Held on 16–17 January 2026, the festival took place at the Zugliget campus and Toldi Cinema, featuring the latest works by the 2025 graduating class. Beyond screenings, the two-day programme featured professional talks, portfolio consultations, a Ferenc Sajdik retrospective, a comics marathon, and the popular GRAFIX fair, bringing the animation community together over two days.
