András Göde earned his degree in 1991 at the precursor of MOME, the Hungarian University of Applied Arts. He is a founding designer of the Kroki Stúdió (Sketch Studio), an interior design venture. He manages the design studio as part of the 2nd year of the BA programme of the MOME Institute of Architecture, along with Tamás Getto. He has been participating in doctoral education since 2013 as a supervisor.
Biography
In 1992-1993 he received the Moholy-Nagy László Design Grant on the subject of sustainability in furniture design. In 1994-1995 he completed the Master’s School of the Master Association of Architects. He is the founder and lead designer of Kroki Stúdió (Sketch Studio), an interior design venture. He is the lead designer of small scale architecture projects, and works on large scale public buildings as an interior architect. He started teaching in the MOME Institute of Architecture in 1999 as an invited lecturer. He has been a permanent lecturer since 2002. He developed the master's programme with Gábor Turányi and Balázs Marián in 2006-2007. He has been participating in doctoral education since 2013 as a supervisor. His announced research topic is the atmosphere and multisensory perception of interior spaces. He currently teaches architectural design and technical drawing on the BA programme.
