László Nagy graduated from the Hungarian University of Applied Arts Graphic Design programme in 2002. He obtained his DLA degree at MOME in 2017. In 2002, he started teaching design and design theory on the MOME Graphic Design programme and in the Illustration specialisation, and apart from a few years, he has been active ever since. He has been a senior lecturer since 2011.
Biography
During his nearly 25-year career, his works have been featured in Hungarian and international publications on illustration, including Communication Arts (USA), 3x3 Magazine (USA), Applied Arts (CAN), Illustrate (PT), Figures Futur (DE), as well as exhibitions at Bologna Children Book Fair, Itabashi Museum Tokyo, Graphic Art Triennal Cologne, HiiiBrand China, Secret 7 London, Fumetto Comic-Festival Luzern and KECD Poster Seoul. Currently, he designs book covers and magazine illustrations for Hungarian and international publishers. He is also working on designs of culture-focused posters and catalogues.
