He has been an active product designer since 1997. He has been lecturer at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design since 2002. In 2007 he became the Deputy Head of the Product Design Department, then department head in 2010. In 2014 he was appointed Deputy Director of the Design Institute, and in 2015 he was made Director. He has been the Vice Rector of the university since 2019. He has been a key member of the university's Doctoral School since 2019. From 2020 onwards he has been the Design MA programme lead. He has been an Art Committee member of the Hungarian Accreditation Committee since 2012. In 2015 he became a member of the Hungarian Design Council, then between 2015 and 2019 he was Vice President. Since 2018 he has been a panel member for the Hungarian Design Awards. In 2023 he became a full member of the Hungarian Academy of Arts. Prior to that, he was a corresponding member.
