A környezet minősége és szerethetősége nem csak az építészeken és nem csak a társszakmákon múlik, hanem a használókon, megrendelőkön és a döntéshozókon is. A környező világ aktív használata mindenkinek nem csak saját élménye, de lehetősége és felelőssége is egyben – az ilyen felismerések miatt vált jelentős tevékenységgé a gyerekek és fiatal felnőttek környezetkultúra képzése (azaz a built environment education = BEE) az építészet és a pedagógia területén.

‘Reclaiming the City for Children’ is the topic of the next Architectural Matters conference, exploring how cities can be designed with children’s needs in mind, and what happens when urban planning focuses on the youngest residents.

The Future Potential Observatory is organising its sixth international workshop. At the event, FPO researchers will present their findings and discuss future research directions. This workshop will focus on two projects: Future Potentials  and Geopolitical Frontiers.
