MOME Diploma Exhibition 2024

The 2024 Diploma Exhibition of MOME’s Master's students will showcase intriguing student concepts and innovative ideas reflecting on 21st-century issues and challenges. This year, the event will be open for nearly a week, from 15 to 21 June, at various locations across the university.

The public exhibition of master works, designs, and concepts represents the pinnacle of the dedicated creative accomplishments of our students over several years across various design disciplines and will take place at multiple venues on the Zugligeti Road Campus following the thesis defences.

A wide range of works, from prototypes and mock-ups to visual designs, by students from all four institutes – Architecture, Design, Media Design, and Theoretical Studies – will be on display. The Animation programme, a.k.a MOME Anim, will contribute to the exhibition with a screening followed by a roundtable discussion.

Outstanding master works will be featured in several guided tours, led by students and institute directors, allowing members of the MOME community and the general public to gain deeper insights into the students’ choices and emerging trends.  The tour led by students from the of Design Institute on the morning of 20 June can be joined by anyone without prior registration.

The next step in the diploma process following the exhibition will be the graduation ceremony with world-renowned guests welcoming the graduates and providing them with important takeaway for the future.
