Arts and Creative Industries

In all four semesters, there is one mandatory course unit each from this field, for example about the art market, the organisational and operational specifics of cultural institutions, and museum and exhibition trends. Guest lecturers are engaged to also cover the specifics of event organisation and tender writing. The classes are often held in external locations, such as galleries, architecture studios, design businesses, festival organisation offices, etc. to give students a better idea about how the processes work in real life. The assignments are also related to these situations and help formulate individual suggestions and opinions.
