General Theoretical Studies (MA studies)

General Theoretical Studies offer subjects covering theoretical studies to all design MA students of the university. After completing the Complex Introduction subject, students can put together their individual schedule each semester from a rich offering of theory-based project development courses, theoretical lectures, and reading seminars of the Institute for Theoretical Studies. In addition, the second year of the training prepares students for a successful graduation by taking the Thesis Seminar and Communication Training course. The fundamental purpose of the theoretical training, beyond providing factual knowledge, is to improve students’ critical thinking and analytical and interpretation skills, as well as to help them formulate their thoughts verbally and in writing, and take an interdisciplinary approach to professional issues.
