Within this framework, students learn about the fundamental philosophical problems and theories, and the most important notions, arguments and ideas required for a philosophical approach to art, as well as the key notions and main research areas of design theory. They also learn about art criticism and design criticism, with its foundations in terms of ideas, art history and philosophy of art, its characteristic points of view, and the criteria of critical thinking.
