The work of our alumnus Ferenc Laufer, the Relief stove tile collection, recently received two awards, the EDIDA Product of the Year Award and the Hungarian Design Award in the product category.
The Relief stove tile collection in collaboration with the Szentesi Tile Stove, Ferenc Laufer and the manufactory create a complex stove tile system that is domestically manufactured and combines the advantages of high-tech heating equipment and traditional tile stoves.
In parallel with this success, Ferenc Laufer recently won a Red Dot award as a member of the Flying Objects team.

The Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) has announced an open call for applications for the position of Rector. The call has been issued by the maintainer of the university, the Foundation for Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design.

A Moholy-Nagy Művészeti Egyetem (MOME) átfogó menedzserképzése, amelyben egyesül a gazdasági és a művészeti tudás, a kreatív és az üzleti szemlélet, idén negyven-, a két évvel ezelőtt angol nyelvű képzéssé vált Design- és művészetmenedzsment MA program pedig tizenöt éves évfordulóját ünnepli. A jubileumi évet számos programspecifikus rendezvénnyel, köztük a március 4-i MOME KIKI finisszázzsal teszi emlékezetessé a szak.
A new residency is launching in partnership between the Circle and Point Foundation and the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design. The Water Residency Programme will begin in summer 2026, offering a four-month period of residence and creative work in Esztergom for recent MOME graduates and selected alumni artists.
