The CheckINN Revitaliser Idea Competition is back again to reward ideas about how abandoned or out-of-use areas and buildings could be given a new purpose and turned into tourist destinations.
This time teams of two are also welcome to compete. This new format aims to encourage entrepreneurship and offers a great opportunity for collaboration between students from different programmes. The idea competition encompasses the areas of tourism, architecture and design, and seeks to facilitate cross-sector value creation and synergies. The grand prize is a scholarship of HUF 1,000,000 per person!

A new voice from the next generation of Hungarian animation is set to compete at the world’s leading animation showcase. The diploma film Bonefuzz by Márk László, a 2025 graduate of MOME’s Animation MA programme, has been selected for the graduation film competition at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, taking place between 21–27 June 2026.
