Manukyan Tsovinar, a MOME Designer Maker szak hallgatĂłja is átvehette november 17-Ă©n a Stipendium Hungaricum KiválĂłsági DĂjat. A rangos Learning Technologies Awards 2025 versenyen a MOME Ă©s a Telekom egyĂĽttműködĂ©se a „Best use of blended learning – commercial sector” kategĂłria legjobbja lett, a dĂjakat nagyszabásĂş gálaest keretĂ©ben adták át november 12-Ă©n. A Data Experiment nevű, 2024-ben fejlesztett alternatĂv kĂ©pzĂ©si program arra a kĂ©rdĂ©sre keresett választ, hogy mikĂ©nt lehet az absztrakt adatot szemĂ©lyes Ă©s elmĂ©lyĂĽlt tanulási Ă©lmĂ©nnyĂ© alakĂtani.
MOME’s Graphic Design programme made a remarkable showing at this year’s RGB KreatĂv Design Award, bringing home an impressive ten RED (gold), seven BLUE (silver) and six GREEN (bronze) medals in the Talent category. One student project also reached the finals in the Concept category. In the Pro category, Illustration lecturer LászlĂł Herbszt earned a RED award for his work. The RGB Awards recognise outstanding achievements in Hungarian visual communication, highlighting outstanding graphic quality, brand building, and media design across the sector.
MOME’s autumn Course Week 2025 once again revolved around a series of intensive workshops, where students from different programmes and years worked side by side on contemporary themes ranging from 3D food printing to the curatorial practice of creating narrative, point-of-view-based exhibitions.

The Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design has reached another important milestone: following months of complex refurbishment, the expanded and revamped university library has been officially reopened. The design was informed by feedback from those who use it most – librarians, students, and teaching staff – making this development not just an infrastructural upgrade but a step towards enhancing the university’s intellectual life and sense of community through carefully considered spatial and design solutions.
In 2025, twelve students are completing their studies on the Photography MA programme at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME). Their diploma exhibition, Future in the Present: Friendly and Dangerous, is on view at the Robert Capa Contemporary Photography Center.
