Bullfight in Red October Clothing Factory

My goal was to provide an ironic representation of gender roles and the desire to conform to them through the act of working. The starting point of my project is a video, in which a factory woman is toiling away non-stop while two men are grappling with each other in the background in their suits made by her. Each character is doing their job, whether sewing or competing, trying to prove themselves in their own way. Use of the trope of the clothing factory worker is, at the same time, a commentary on the absurdity of pushing oneself beyond their limits and the unconditionally positive interpretation of performance and productivity.
