Ideas for improving the social and cultural function of Moszkva/Széll Kálmán tér

My entry provides a review of public space development options for Moszkva (Széll Kálmán) tér, refurbished in 2016. It explores ways to make this technically, architecturally, and functionally optimal space useful and loveable, within reasonable financial bounds. I have seen many good – mostly international – examples of deliberately highlighting the social and cultural role of public spaces, and sought to use some that were suited to this specific case.
