A Moholy-Nagy Művészeti Egyetemre jelentkezni nem csupán egy képzési forma melletti döntést jelent, sokak számára hosszú ideje dédelgetett álom, szakmai és alkotói célkitűzés. Éppen ezért a felvételi eredmény elmaradása csalódás lehet, különösen akkor, ha csak néhány pont választotta el a jelentkezőt a bekerüléstől... A folytatásra több lehetőség is van, nem muszáj feladni. A MOME oktatási ökoszisztémájában számos olyan alternatív útvonal létezik, amely segít újratervezni, továbblépni, akár frissen érettségizettként, akár már diplomásként.
Can tolerance be taught? This is the fundamental question that underpins Ágnes Kapitány and Gábor Kapitány’s research. For them, cultural anthropology is not just a discipline but a powerful tool to make the world a better place. On 28 November, the prestigious Moholy-Nagy Award, symbolising the university’s deep appreciation, was presented to them by Rector Pál Koós during the university’s annual Autumn Title Award and Moholy-Nagy Award Ceremony.
Design permeates every corner of the world, incorporates the sometimes opposite values of functionality and aesthetics, and is centered around the living human body – the soma. The recently published Somaesthetics and Design Culture, co-edited by DLA programme lead of the MOME Doctoral School Bálint Veres and world-renowned aesthete-philosopher Richard Shusterman (Florida Atlantic University) explores these issues in a greater depth.

From 8–12 December, MOME KIPAK returns once again! Every corner of the campus will be filled with the works, exhibitions, installations, and presentations of MOME students.
The first event of this spring’s series will bring us closer to the various manifestations of the life reform movements, which focused on improving quality of life through critical movements, mindsets, and theories.
