The purpose of the project below is to design a refreshed campaign identity for the UH Festival. UH Festival is a non-profit music festival ran by volunteers and aimed at the cultural and social advocacy of experimental music creation. The organisers are committed to supporting artists who reinterpret the process of making music by searching for new modes of expression, and the campaign concept is based on the reversal of the visual interpretation process. The content elements are arranged in an established system enabling them to work in a reverse mode. The internal contents become meaningful in an irregular arrangement, and distorted in a regular arrangement. The goal is to reinvent the conventional interpretation process and create a system for building a high-quality and inspiring community for organisers, performers, and visitors.
