BALATON DETOX exhibition vernissage and interactive event
The ecological clock is ticking – there is an evident and imminent need for change. The BALATON DETOX exhibition is designed to raise awareness of the vulnerability of the Balaton’s ecosystem. The interactive showcase promotes engagement and encourages individual action regardless of age before the damage becomes irreversible.
It is a selection of works by MOME students, giving a glimpse into how the various programmes of the university think and work together. This interdisciplinary project involved students from MOME Photography, MOME Graphic Design, MOME Media Design, MOME Animation, MOME Design Theory, MOME Art and Design Management, MOME Design és MOME Institute of Architecture.
In the inspirational scene created by the exhibition, a participation-based museum pedagogy session series will take place with the involvement of the local education institutions to gain an understanding of the value and local identity of young people in the region.
